Any claim or dispute not subject to arbitration must be resolved in a court located in Palm Beach County, Florida. You and SRT agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within Palm Beach County, Florida for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes that are not subject to arbitration.

Miscellaneous
No failure of SRT to enforce any of its rights under these Terms will act as a waiver of such rights.
